Editorial Policy

Last Updated: June 20, 2026

Trust is the foundation of everything we do at AITeja. In an era where artificial intelligence can rapidly generate misinformation, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of journalistic integrity, accuracy, and editorial independence.

1. Editorial Principles & Independence

AITeja operates with strict editorial independence. Our news reporting, tutorials, and product reviews are entirely separate from our advertising and business operations.

Our writers and editors make decisions based solely on what is most useful, accurate, and relevant to our readers. Advertisers, affiliate partners, and sponsors have absolutely no influence over our editorial pipeline, the scores we assign to AI tools, or the content of our articles.

2. Accuracy Standards & Fact-Checking

We are committed to publishing accurate, verified information. Before any article is published on AITeja, it undergoes a rigorous multi-step editorial review process:

  • Primary Sourcing: Our writers rely on primary sources, direct interviews, official documentation, API reference guides, and hands-on testing to gather information.
  • Technical Verification: Articles containing code snippets, prompt engineering techniques, or workflow automations are tested by a secondary editor to ensure they function as described.
  • Data Integrity: Claims regarding model benchmarks, performance metrics, and pricing are verified against official company releases.

3. Source Verification & Attribution

Whenever we utilize data, quotes, or statistics from third-party research, we explicitly name the source and provide a do-follow link to the original data so our readers can verify it for themselves. We do not publish unverified rumors or anonymous speculation without clearly labeling it as such and explaining why the information is relevant to our audience.

4. Content Updates & Relevancy

The artificial intelligence landscape evolves daily. An AI tool that was considered "state-of-the-art" six months ago may be obsolete today.

To combat information decay, our editorial team conducts regular content audits. We actively update our top-performing guides, tool reviews, and software comparisons to reflect the latest model updates, pricing changes, and feature deprecations. When an article undergoes a substantial update, we modify the "Last Updated" timestamp at the top of the page.

5. Corrections Process

Despite our best efforts, errors can occur. When we make a factual mistake, we correct it quickly and transparently. If the error alters the fundamental thesis or conclusion of an article, we will add an explicit editor's note detailing the correction.

If you believe you have spotted a factual error in our reporting, please contact us so we can investigate immediately. For more details, please see our Corrections Policy.

6. Use of Artificial Intelligence

As a publication dedicated to AI, we actively use the tools we write about. However, we have strict guardrails in place to ensure that AI does not compromise our editorial integrity.

While our authors may use AI models to summarize long PDFs, brainstorm headlines, or write boilerplate code, every article published on AITeja is written, fact-checked, and approved by a human editor. We do not publish raw, unedited AI output. For our full stance, read our AI Content Policy.
