Corrections Policy

Last Updated: June 20, 2026

At AITeja, we are committed to accuracy, transparency, and accountability. In the fast-moving field of artificial intelligence, facts, specifications, and pricing can change rapidly. When we make a mistake, we believe in acknowledging it openly and correcting it promptly.

1. Types of Corrections

We classify updates to our content into two categories:

A. Factual Corrections

If we publish an article containing a factual error—such as incorrectly stating a model's parameter count, misinterpreting a company's privacy policy, or providing inaccurate pricing—we will correct the text.

For significant factual errors that alter the premise of an article or review, we will append an Editor's Note to the top or bottom of the article. This note will state what was originally published, what the correct information is, and the date the correction was made.

B. Content Updates

If the information was accurate at the time of publication but has since become outdated (e.g., OpenAI releases a new model, or an AI tool changes its pricing tier), we do not treat this as an "error." Instead, this is a Content Update.

We regularly audit and update our high-traffic tutorials and reviews to reflect current realities. When an article receives a significant update to reflect new information, we will change the "Last Updated" timestamp on the article.

2. How to Report an Error

We rely on our community of developers and AI professionals to help us maintain the highest standards of accuracy. If you spot a factual error, a broken link, or a piece of code that no longer compiles, we want to hear from you.

Please send an email to our editorial desk with the following information:

  • The URL of the article in question.
  • A quote of the specific text that contains the error.
  • The correct information, along with a link to a primary source (e.g., official documentation) verifying the correction.

3. Our Workflow for Corrections

Once an error is reported, our workflow is as follows:

  1. Investigation: Our Managing Editor or the original author will review the claim against primary sources.
  2. Verification: We will independently verify the correct data.
  3. Action: If an error is confirmed, we will immediately update the article and append an Editor's Note (if the error was substantial).
  4. Follow-up: We will reply to the reader who reported the error to thank them and notify them that the correction has been made.

4. Take-down Requests & Retractions

AITeja does not unpublish or delete articles simply because the subject of the article requests it or because the software reviewed received a poor score. We only remove content or issue a full retraction if the article is found to be fundamentally flawed, plagiarized, or in severe violation of our journalistic ethics.
